One of the advantages of being a registered user is the ability to post photos of your outings and adventures to the Website Gallery. This has not been as intuitive as we had hoped it would, so we are going to use this thread to answer any questions you have and make updates as needed.

After you have registered there will be a new menu option made available to you on the "Gallery" tag called Upload Images. This link allows you to upload to a Personal/New section within the gallery. Currently you may only have a single section in the gallery but we hope to be able to lift this restriction with future software enhancements. We recommend you title this section in a way to identify you or the photos you wish to post. Your username, realname or some other personally identifying title is recommended.

We will maintain several sections that you can also upload to if you don't wish to upload to a personal gallery section. These will generally be titled "Member Photos - year". To upload to these group sections just visit the gallery you wish to have your photo reside in and if you are logged in you will see an "Upload" tab in addition to the Comment/Ratings tabs near the bottom of the page. Click on the Upload tab and you will be presented with a form to upload to that Gallery Section. If you have a photo you'd like to post to a group gallery and one does not exist (for example, Member Photos - 2009 does not currently exist as we do not have any photos for it yet) please drop us a note or send us the photo and well create it for you.
